Our maintenance contracts are either per month or by blocks of hours. There are no hidden fees or extra hours tacked on like other consulting services have been known to do.

We will consider any client for a contract that has demonstrated they are satisfied with our service, and expresses a desire for consistent service by our computer technicians.


We don't charge extra hours because a contract will be for the entire month. So if a computer technician comes out 10 days or 30 days, you get charged the same contract rate, nothing else.

We will set up a contract according to your needs depending on the business hours that you will need service on site and presence of a certified computer technician.

A typical monthly contract for us would have a flat rate with a guaranteed response time. The hours that the contract pertains to will be stipulated in the contract such as, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday thru Friday. So if you have problems, we guarantee that we will send out a computer technician per the contract and if a technician gets there at 8 in the morning and stays there till 5 in the afternoon it doesn't matter to you because you're getting charged a monthly rate.

A block of hours would be just that, billed out at our rate. Blocks of hours are paid up front and when they get down toward the zero mark they are renewed.
